In preparation for a new support experience coming early next year, we have consolidated support from the Kayako system to the internal WHMCS system within the client portal. Submission of tickets will not change, however, you will not be able to see past tickets. Our staff members can retrieve information from old tickets though, simply provide the ticket # for reference. If you experience any issues, please let us know via [email protected].
